well, i actually weighed myself after i got done running and it said 144. mind you, i have to add 10 to the scale since its not correct. so im actually not 150, but 154. :’( i know. its just another speed bump i have to run over. but it woulda helped if i were 150 and not 154. 4 more pounds i have to lose. i cant stop sighing now. looking at my log, i realized i havent gaining many calories. i know it says something like 480, but thats because theres only one serving of everything. in reality, i had 3 bagels with crceam cheese. so that puts me up about 500 calories. so almost 1000 calories today. i am drinking this tea called diet lipton green tea with citrus. it has NO CALORIES in it whatsoever! it tastes awesome. they make a ton of different kinds. like, with lemon, or non diet kind. but this is def. the best. the only down side is that it literally goes straight through me. i am peeing within a half hour of drinking a full bottle, even if i went already just before i started drinking. and i know im urinating the tea, because its totally clear. i dunno whats up with that. do the manufacturers know this happens? well, if thats the price for no calories, its fine with me. unless its doing more harm than good that i dont know about. then im quitting it.
its also my second day starting this. i did a 30 min jog (i know thats not long but im already totally feeling the jog i did yesterday! how sad : /) and then i did 50 push ups and 50 arm dips. very good. im going to shower then read!
Drinking lots of fluids is good but (strictly my opinion!) if your going to drink anything -water is the best. It’s great for your complection, cleans your body, & is just awsome all the way around.
The reason you’re prob. peeing so much is bc the tea has a lot of antioxidents (which is good!) to help kick out bad stuff in your body so when you pee you’re getting rid of toxins.
Sounds like you’re in a bummer mood -try to lift yourself out of it! You can do it! Just keep trying.
